4. Energy - Rest nightly (10 PM - 8 AM).

⚖️ Weight Ranges:

1. Underweight (<20): Weak, can't play.
2. Healthy (25-40): Best performance.
3. Overweight (50-70): Slower, weaker.
4. Obese (70+): Rapid health decay.

1. Gain XP by feeding, playing, healing → level up and earn stat points.
